I did this first of all by using sponge tool to make the models face grey. I then used the dodge tool to darken and embolden features such as the eyes and mouth. To create the vampire fangs I used the magnetic lasso tool to select the tooth individually, and pressed transform then warp to stretch the tooth making it look pointier.
